Broad Clinical Labs
Strategic branding and content creation to elevate marketability
Background
Broad Clinical Labs (BCL), a CLIA licensed and CAP accredited wholly owned subsidiary of the Broad Institute, offers sequencing services to power multi-omic data generation and analysis needs across a range of research, translational, and clinical Dx applications.
Campaign Objectives
Broad Clinical Labs, previously known as Broad Clinical Research Platform, was on a mission to create a brand identity and marketing material that showcased their wide range of fee-for-service sequencing capabilities while still remaining true to the mission and voice of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. Samba Scientific brought expertise in customer base analysis and creative production to supply Broad Clinical Labs with everything they needed to step out on their own.
Samba Approach
- Create a new logo and branding to distinguish Broad Clinical Labs as an independent entity, while remaining complementary to Broad Institute
- Write, design, and develop a new website to feature their unique sequencing services and highlight technical prowess
- Produce materials for conferences and tradeshows- including a booth video and services booklet
- Establish a cohesive lead generation and CRM approach in HubSpot to manage growing interest in BCL’s services
Campaign Results
Samba Scientific provided Broad Clinical Labs (BCL) with an array of expert services, including content writing, design, and web development, to create a tasteful brand identity that effectively showcased their fee-for-service sequencing offerings while remaining aligned with the Broad Institute. Strategic analysis of the customer base helped inform a foundation for a growing set of creative marketing material for Broad Clinical Labs to use in customer engagement online, at conferences, and with existing contacts.
